Beautifully restored, spacious gite in a peaceful setting in the heart of the Dordogne countryside.
 The gite, which is attached to the owner's own holiday home, has been finished to a very high standard,
and the guests have the use of their own private swimming pool.  

The gite is situated about 3kms from the pretty village of Villamblard, and just 20 minutes drive from both
the famous market town of Bergerac, and the medieval capital of the Dordogne region, Périgueux.
 The area is renowned for it's wines, pâtés, truffles, strawberries and it's abundance of local and gastronomic restaurants.
 

The property has been tastefully renovated and retains many of the
original features, including wooden beams and exposed stone walls.

The gite comprises a large open-plan living room with a
kitchen and  dining area, two double bedrooms,
a triple bedroom, with three single beds, and two shower rooms.

Outside there is a private swimming pool (7m x 3.5m) with terrace, a garden, and parking area.
